Welcome to Orange County Marketing Agency. By using our website, contacting us, or requesting services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services Provided

We provide marketing and distribution services, including:

  • Flyer and door hanger distribution

  • Printing (flyers, posters, banners, yard signs, etc.)

  • Outdoor advertising (flags, roll-up banners, sidewalk signs)

  • Magazine advertising

All project details—including scope, pricing, and timelines—are confirmed in writing before work begins.

2. Estimates and Payments

All quotes are free. Payment is due before production or distribution unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods: credit/debit cards, ACH, Zelle, checks, and cash.

3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Orange County Marketing Agency related to:

  • Quote confirmations

  • Job updates

  • Delivery notifications

  • Promotions and special offers

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out anytime by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or email team@orangecounty-marketingagency.com.

Required CTIA clause:
“No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.”

4. Privacy & Data Use

We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on what information we collect and how it is used.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

If you need to reschedule or cancel a project, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations after printing or distribution has started may result in a partial or full charge.

6. Warranties and Liability

We guarantee that printed materials and distribution services will be carried out as agreed.
Orange County Marketing Agency is not responsible for errors in customer-provided designs, misspellings, or approvals given before production. Proof of delivery includes GPS tracking, photos, and distribution reports when applicable.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
